Leon Knoll

Leon is the CEO and founder of both e-LEK Energy (2015) and e-LEK Engineering (2007), a company which has, since its inception, become a recognised and trusted distributor of and service provider for Eaton's Cooper Power Systems in South Africa. Leon has more than 28 years of practical experience in the energy sector as well as in the management side of electronic engineering. He is happily married with three children.

Brian van Rensburg

Brian has more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, in technical as well as managerial positions. In addition to his tertiary qualifications, he has completed numerous technical training courses in Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain and the USA, as well as courses in financial discipline, negotiations, industrial relations, staff motivation and EQ. His hobbies include home automation, electronics, computer systems with multimedia application, and reading technical literature.

Niel van de Vyver

Niel is a successful businessman with vast experience in the financial and investment markets – he spent 17 years at Rand Merchant Bank as a dealmaker in investment banking. In 2012, he retired from merchant banking to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions. Niel is a shareholder and director of e-LEK Engineering and a co-founder of e-LEK Energy. He acts as an advisor in a non-executive director position for e-LEK Energy.
