What is Sustainable Energy?

Let us help you manage and reduce your energy costs.

Sustainability has become a hot topic as we search for ways to meet our current energy needs without putting the earth’s future at risk. Simply put, sustainable energy is energy acquired from sources that cannot be depleted, for example solar energy, wind energy, hydroelectricity and bioenergy

Sustainability comprises three components – social, economic and environmental. To achieve sustainability, all three must be balanced equally and at the same time, now and in the future.

What are the benefits?

  • Lower energy input costs
  • Reduced dependency on utility supply
  • Fixed energy costs
  • Free energy after payback period
  • Clean, sustainable energy
  • 100% tax deductible in year one

How does e-LEK Energy do energy better

We pride ourselves on offering a partnership rather than simply a service. We achieve this by carefully assessing every situation before engineering the right solution, providing excellent after-sales service, and including a monitoring feature with each system we install, which delivers real time energy consumption figures via the system itself or our easy-to-use app.

Energy Monitoring System

We provide real-time tracking of your energy usage.

Our system connects to your energy metering and supply equipment, and collects, stores and communicates the acquired data to our server, which stores the historic and real time data for display. You are then able to access this data via our user-friendly mobile app, your favourite web browser or the dedicated monitor on the system itself.

The monitoring system is scalable, meaning it can include multiple solar panels and works for residential, commercial and utility scale projects. It constantly monitors energy usage from either renewable energy or utility energy sources, enabling users to monitor real-time savings, performance and critical load information.

Remote maintenance is available and the system can function wirelessly via a cellphone or IT network.
